The organization shall be called Helping Hand Society (Regd. No. HR-009-2020-00766). The registered office of the society shall be in #531/6, Patel Nagar, Patiala Chowk, Jind (Hr.) 126102, Haryana(India). Our Area Opreation is All Over India.

Aims and Objectives : -

(a) To run and manage the society named as HELPING HAND SOCIETY.
(b) To provide help and development to the poor and needy children by means of books & Other study materials, school dresses, scholarships etc.
(c) To arrange marriage gifts for poor girls.
(d) To provide facilities to promote education among economically backward students.
(e) To publish books, organize plays, inviting guest lectures, conducting seminars and other program for motivation.
(f) To acquire, purchase, sell, mortgage to take on lease or otherwise acquire land and buildings and all other movable and immovable properties which the committee for the purpose deems fit.
(g) To provide stipends, scholarships and other facilities for the education of deserving students and poor students irrespective of caste and creed.
(h) To spread liberally commercially technically basically and medically education.
(i) To encourage the study of oriental language.
(j) To encourage, assist and extent knowledge and innovative concept with oriental earning, commerce and industries of India, weather by establishment and promotion of libraries by the publication of news papers, Books and maps etc, (k) To accept the request, gift, donation and subscription towards to accumulate and provide funds of endowment and to invest sum apply the increase arising there from or to the capital thereof, any of the objects for the said well being of the schools, as the requirement demands.
(l) To construct upon any premises and any buildings or buildings for the purpose of the objects and to improve any building upon such premises.
(m) To start run and manage women/girls help clubs.
(n) To arrange training programme for poor women, widows and children for self-employment.
(o) To train the women regarding nutrition, family planning and education of children etc.
(p) To starts run, manage naturopathy, Ayurveda and yoga training centres.
(q) To arrange and donate the material for self employment.
(r) To arrange and run environment friendly program.

CONDITIONS:-
(a). The income and the property of the society shall be applied towards society ror the promotion of the objects or the society as set forth in the Memorandum of Association, and no portion thereof' shall be paid or transferred, directly or indirectly by way of dividend, bonus or otherwise by way of profit to the members of the society.
(b). No members of the governing body of society shall be appointed to any salaried office of the society, or any office of the society paid by fees, that no remuneration shall be given by the society to any members of such governing body except repayment of out-of-pocket expenses and interest on money rent or rent for premises to the society.
(c). If upon the winding up or dissolution of the society there remains after clearance or all its debts and liabilities, any property whatsoever, the same shall not be paid to or distributed among the members of the society but shall be given or transferred to some other society having objects Of the society to be determined by the members of the society at or before the time Of dissolution.
